·   Engaged as a consultant assisting on large scale fiber deployment projects in central & northern California.

·   Hired directly in Nov 2012 to oversee day to day operations & manage deliverables for company’s largest western region client Centurylink, in addition to other clients.

·   Responsible for preparing bid proposals for multiple clients across several markets with varying needs. Bid ranges from low thousands to gain market entry, to over $5m for large scale build outs.

·   Working remotely, with extensive travel in all markets served, delivered over 450 completed jobs per month ranging in type from small to large: BAU/GPON/IPTV/Road Moves/FTTN/FTTT/FTTH, rooftop/pole mount/ISP DAS & long haul fiber. First year revenue was $1.7m. Last fiscal year this represented over $4.8m in revenue.

·   Responsible for all day to day operations of fielding, research, engineering, drafting, permitting, make ready, wind load & JPA activities in both aerial & underground environments for multiple clients. Personally managed multiple WAN deployments (Sonet Rings), FTTx, DAS, CTBH (Cell Tower Back Haul), Rooftop & pole mount DAS deployment, cell site engineering & collocations for UMTS & LTE upgrades for T-Mobile/Sprint/Metro PCS in addition to a 500 mile fiber deployment ARRA funded RUS Rural Broadband Initiative project simultaneously.

·   Development of a “tailor made” MS Access database for tracking all tasks from receipt of work order through to receipt of permit.

·   Leader of company wide migration to SQL server with multiple front ends accessed over company intranet. Results included reduced congestion of servers, enhanced bandwidth management capabilities, elimination of duplicated data entry, shared data resource across all departments, custom “real time” report development for both internal & external stakeholders to include P&L, trending, time reporting.

·   5 direct reports, 40 indirect.

·   Business development – Self initiated responsibilities included diversifying service offerings in order to capture new revenue streams outside of our normal market base.
